Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) egg noodles or ramen, udon, rice noodles, spaghetti or other pasta
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce / Oyster sauce
- 3/4 Tbsp lime juice
- 1-2 Tbsp Asian hot sauce / Sriracha sauce , or to taste
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 garlic powder
- 1/4 ginger powder
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms , canned
- 5 baby corns (1/2 cup)
- 1 green onion , sliced
- fresh cilantro (or parsley), chopped
- 1 Tbsp dry roasted , spicy peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic powder and ginger powder.
- Pour over cooked noodles and toss to combine.
- Add mushrooms, baby corns, green onion, cilantro and peanuts and toss once more.
